The Jahaz

The Jing

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching, considered to be one of the most effective forms of flexibility training.
Kinesis Conditioning sessions combining strength training, flexibility and balance conditioning.
Personal training, a trainer will monitor your progress during your stay, adapting your workout to achieve your own fitness goals including weight loss, weight gain, health benefits and body weight training.
The island's Tennis Pro will be glad to be your one to one coach for your tennis lessons. He offers private lessons, shared lessons, or he can be your hitting partner… He will tailor-make your lesson (or package of several lessons) accordingly to your game level and expectation.

A spectacular resort!
The hotel was perfect from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Great communication when booking, met at the airport with a smile, lead to the special Constance lounge before our sea plane and whilst on the resort the staff were incredible. The island is spectacular! We stayed in a pool water villa and it was everything we expected and more. The weather was terrible during our trip so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we would have hoped. The food was incredible and we loved having a drink in Jing bar before our meal. The spa was spectacular and was a highlight of our trip. The sun didn’t shine once on our trip but luckily the hotel staff and facilities made it a magical trip regardless.

Exceptional!
It was a wonderful experience staying at Constance Halaveli. The staff was welcoming, and very friendly. They truly made our stay more enjoyable. Food served in the buffet was great. A good variety, with different themes daily. The a la carte restaurants were fantastic, especially Jing. The villa was spacious, clean, and had a great, private view. Thanks to Lucas, Diana, Rasheed, Yousef, and all the staff for the memorable holiday.

Staff make you feel like you are at home, super friendly. Service is beyond expectation, anticipated our needs! Max was superb. We loved the sea trips, and specifically the diving exploration. Also our friend was scared of deep water and they took special care with her. Manish from the spa was excellent very knowledgeable. DJ and Nishan were also excellent. And always Mr Rasheed is a legend. The guys at the bar were awesome. All of the reception staff too, Nana gets a special mention from my wife Samantha. It's the staff that make the trip excellent. ! Thank you for the Valentines dinner guys.
