Thari Bar
Set on the beach, with the signature white sands of the Maldives for the floor, Thari Bar allows you to enjoy the idyllic beach views any way you want. Lounge on a sunbed under the palm trees by the pool, or on a beanbag, sofa or easy chair under the terrace shade. Either way, the views are fabulous. Or bring out your inner king or queen by taking in the paradise of the Maldives lying on one of the cabanas by the pool edge. However you like to relax, we have your choice of beverage to accompany the moment. When it comes to dining, there’s the tables on the deck, or try getting your feet wet and dine at a table in the sunken wet lounge under the stars. Every evening really should start at the Iru Bar. Open from 17:00 to 19:00 daily, our sunset "pop-up" bar is perfect for watching the incredible sunsets of the Maldives, favourite drink in hand.

Amari Havodda Maldives offers a wide range of activities, for all different age groups. From jet ski excursions to water skiing, stand up paddle boarding, windsurfing and banana boat rides, you’ll be able to enjoy the sun and fun in a more sportive way. Home to intricate coral formations and stunning reefs, our island is also ideal for snorkelling.
Planning on scuba diving? The Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll near Amari Havodda Maldives is an underwater adventure to share and discover. Untouched and pristine, the second largest atoll in the world is known to deliver big fish encounters with sharks, tuna, barracuda and sailfish in the channels. If you’re new to the sport, we have instructors that can get you certified.

Excellent relaxing family holiday, impressive snorkling.
The island is stunning, we had an overwater villa with a pool which was excellent especially as we travelled with youngish children. The reef is extremely well preserved so snorkling was excellent. Beach is extremely clean and the sand is soft. The west side of the island is suffering from a bit of erosion, but the east side has a big wide sandy beach. The restaurant, bar, rooms, service, spa are all excellent. Food is high quality and diverse.

Fantastic holiday. We felt very welcomed by the staff. The chefs and staff do their best.
Food, Staff, Scuba, Snorkelling, kid friendly, quality of room, Opportunity to watch most of the marine life at the lagoon. Personally liked the yoga classes on the beach. Spent slightly longer time to reach the resort however, that also means that the resort is more exclusive and the water nearby has better marine life I would imagine. Best for people who are into scuba diving, as there is an onsite dive center. Food was excellent. I think there is also an option to request for a specific type of food in advance which I did not know initially but discovered towards the end of our stay. Nice massage at the Spa.

"Under the sea" - you will sing that everyday.
We stayed for 8 nights (family of 8 people) and almost everybody cried when we had to leave :) I was worried at first that we will quickly get bored after a week on an island, but no... Amazing snorkeling, great water activities (snorkeling with whale shark, night snorkeling with UV light) and my first ever scuba dive (thank you, Dora!) - that's something to remember. We stayed at overwater villas and enjoyed an instant water access with an awesome sunset view in the evenings. Highly recommend. Great food selection as well - if you have certain dietary restrictions, chef can cook something tailored to you. Hosts are very friendly and always responded quickly to all the questions - special thanks to Assyl for making our stay exceptionally good!

Best holiday ever!!!!
Just the best holiday! We loved everything about it! The staff were always friendly and helpful - they definitely made our visit unforgettable! The restaurants are amazing including the food, so many options that you never get bored! Our overwater villa was to die for. I could wake up to this view forever. Everything so clean and nice! Spa also great including the massage and therapists. We were meant to be here last year but due to covid we visited now and was worth every minute! Will be back for sure!
